Granny Square Baby Blanket

This is really easy to make. Start with a basic granny square and keep going around until desired length. To make edging go around square once around making single crochets, then once that is done do the following: in next single crochet , double crochet 5 times, skip next stitch, then single crochet in next single crochet and skip next stich and repeat till you are finished.
Baby Mittens

I found a great pattern for baby mittens. Very easy. Here is the link to the pattern http://www.bevscountrycottage.com/tod-mitts.html I have been making a pair for my son and now a pair for his little friend. I am going to sew a crocheted flower on hers. I like the Lion Brand Microspun yarn it is very soft.
